Instead of spending a fortune on designer shredded jeans, you can just take a pair of your favorite, broken in jeans and make them vogue by shredding them yourself with a knife.
You will only need a few simple materials that you probably already have in your cabinet and toolbox already.
Each time you wash your jeans, the cuts will fray more so you can do minimal cutting and check the results after the first wash.
Do not leave any scraps of jeans hanging down where they could trip you up.
