They offer a lifetime warranty, which is basically warranted by the installer or manufacturer.
Luna is just the middle man, because remember the salesman and installer are subcontractors.
For instance, you call with a problem with your floor.
Luna in turn calls someone to inspect your floor.
It will be written as an installation defect or manufacturer defect.
The installer or manufacturer will pay for the repair, leaving luna free and clear of anything, except for taking some phone calls.
The office people basically follow protocol set forth by joe borczyk.
Kate zilke and mary triolla run the office, and basically do everything joe asks for.
The installers make the least amount in the entire chicago area.
Lets say you buy a 500 square foot laminate floor.
Their flooring products are terrible, and they know it.
They are only interested in the bottom line.
