We were looking for a higher grade carpet with good wear and stain resistance and purchased what we were told was perfect for our needs.
However, less than a year after installation, we are regretting our decision.
The carpet is already showing signs of wear and we are noticing more and more signs of poor quality installation.
As the carpet is showing signs of wear, these seams are becoming more and more visible.
And the claim that you can spill anything even bleach and red wine and it wont stain was totally untrue!
I have been unable to remove a stain from chocolate milk that was spilled.
I cant imagine what would happen if some wine were to spill.
A word of warning, if you decide to go with them, be vigilant during the installation.
We were able to easily repair the light but be forewarned that this is the kind of quality customer service you will recieve if you file a complaint.
Overall, we feel like we were scammed.
We were sold a poor quality product at premium prices followed up by poor quality installation.
My advice if you are looking for quality, spend a little more and go with a company that is more than just talk.
